Director, Operational Development to work in Ashland, OH: In the automotive industry, assess development and company performance. Strategically devise plans for improvement. Oversee service, parts and business development center operations. Analyze industry and competition to develop unique strategies to increase profitability and earn competitive advantage. Forecast gross profits for fixed operations. Review sales figures, gross profits, to ensure budget benchmarks are met for fixed absorption. Use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage customer service process from start to finish.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as twenty-four (24) months in job or job related experience to include all job duties listed above. Suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Experience may have been gained before, during or after degree.
